I love the chance to read new-to-me-authors so when my agency sister Lynnette Austin gave me the opportunity to read her latest novel, Somebody Like You, I jumped at the chance. There’s nothing better than when opposites attract. Such is the case with Annelise and Cash.  Somebody Like You is a story about two people from different worlds who find out they’re not so  different after all.

Cash wants his family’s ranch without his gold-digging, extremely young step ‘grandmother’. Annelise is looking for a long lost relative in order to save her grandfather’s life. Neither one is looking for love. Yet somehow despite their differences, despite the fact that she comes from a high-profile and very wealthy family while his roots are a little more ordinary, love finds them.
